The short version

Lithia Crest Plumbing runs plumberlithia.com. The site explains plumbing problems and lists one phone number. Calling that number connects you with an independent plumbing provider. The provider, and not this website, does any repair work and sets its price. Using the site means you agree to the points below.

Who is who

• The website (called “we” or “us” here) publishes information and passes your call along. It is not a plumbing contractor.
• The provider is a separate business that answers or receives the connected call, decides whether to take your job, and carries out any work.
• You are the person visiting the site or placing the call.

Your arrangement with the provider

If you hire a provider, the contract is between the two of you. We are not a side to it and cannot change it. Before you say yes to a job, ask the provider about pricing, what the visit includes and anything else you care about. How quickly someone can reach you, including same-day service, turns on the nature of the problem, the hour you call and the provider’s schedule.

Information, not advice

Articles and service pages describe common plumbing situations in general terms. They are not a quote, a diagnosis or a substitute for a plumber looking at your pipes, fixtures and appliances. Your home may differ from the examples given.

Emergencies and safety

Gas, electricity, hot water and sewage can all hurt people. If you smell gas, get everyone outside and phone your gas company or 911 from a safe distance. For a medical emergency, fire or flooding near electrical equipment, contact emergency services first. A website is no replacement for them.

Rules for using the site

Please do not:

• disrupt the site or try to get around its security;
• harvest its pages with scrapers or other automated tools;
• place prank, abusive, fraudulent or repeated false calls to the number shown.

Ownership of the content
